Residential Carpet Cleaning:

Standard Care:

  • Pre-inspection of areas to be cleaned with customer. The goal is to identify pre-existing problems before the cleaning starts. Solutions to these problems can be discussed at this time.

  • Apply pre-treatment to loosen soil prior to steam cleaning.

  •  Apply spot remover as needed for general spots.

  • Deep steam clean carpet with the power of truck mounted equipment. We use a dual jet wand along with a neutralizing agent to rinse the carpet clean of soil and the pre-treatment leaving a fresh, bright & clean carpet.

  • Post-inspection of completed cleaning with customer to review the results of the cleaning.

  • We stand behind the cleaning for 7 days against spots and soil reappearing.

Premium Care:

  • Pre-inspection of areas to be cleaned with customer. The goal is to identify pre-existing problems before the cleaning starts. Solutions to problems can be discussed at this point.

  • Apply pre-treatment followed by machine pre-scrubbing or the use of the ROTOVAC in the steam cleaning process.

  • Apply spot remover as needed for general spots.

  • Deep steam clean carpet with the power of truck mounted equipment. We use the "ROTOVAC" (1500 cleaning passes per minute) along with a neutralizing agent to rinse the carpet clean of soil and pre-treatment leaving a fresh,bright & clean carpet.

  • Carpet is deodorized with your choice of scent.

  • Post-inspection of completed cleaning with customer to review the results of the cleaning.

  • We stand behind the cleaning for 30 days against spots and soil reappearing.

Tile & Grout Cleaning:

Standard Care:

  • Pre-treat tile and grout with powerful but safe cleaning agents.

  • Steam clean tile and grout with high pressure tile spinner.

  • Neutralize cleaning agents and extract soil.

 Premium Care:

  • Furniture that can be safely moved will be moved so that the tile and grout can be cleaned underneath.
  • Floor will be vacuumed before cleaning starts.
  • Pre-treat tile and grout with powerful but safe cleaning agents.
  • Pre-scrub tile by hand with abrasive pad.

  • Pre-scrub grout by hand with narrow grout brush.

  • Steam Clean tile and grout with high pressure tile spinner.

  • Neutralize cleaning agents and extract soil.
